PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 

For the houses we build we offer property management services, such as:

• House rental.
  We advertise, keep books, write rental contracts and get them signed.
  We collect rental fees and security deposits.
  We inspect after rental, return security deposits, update online rental calendar.
  For each house we keep a separate volume with all pertinent documents.
  This volume is updated and available online for our customers, via our  private zone .
• House cleaning: floors, windows, laundry, dishes, etc.
• House fumigation, if needed (for insects)
• Landscape care: cleaning, trimming, watering, etc.
• House inspections: periodic, check all systems, etc.
• Various repairs: appliances, A/C, electrical, plumming, water heater, water pump, tv, internet
• Consumables care: propane, drinking water, welcome basket(food, consumables), etc.
